You never know where life will take you… If you’d asked me 5 years ago where I’d be, I wouldn’t have told you it would be exactly where I am now, but I’m so grateful that I am!

It’s not always about knowing what’s next in life, or sticking to an old plan, it can just be simply taking a pause to recalibrate and work out what you truly want next, in this moment
& our retreats are the perfect place to give you that pause! 🤍

Life is busy - but being constantly exhausted, overwhelmed and anxious shouldn’t be your normal. That’s why it’s so important to carve out small pauses in your day. Even 5 minutes of stillness or intention can shift your whole energy, reset your mind and change your whole day 💛

We love looking back on our retreats and remembering the connections built between complete strangers, the laughter, and the quiet moments that reminded everyone to slow down (because we all need that) 💫

Each retreat is different, but the feeling is always the same… women arriving needing space to breathe, and leaving with new friendships, fresh energy, and a reignited love for movement.

You don’t have to switch off completely, this isn’t a week long digital detox, just a little less scrolling, and a little more living.

We’re now hosting private one-four day wellness events in Portugal. Whether it’s a birthday, hen party, team-building experience, sports team reset, or a girls’ holiday - we’ll take care of everything.
Luxury villas in the Algarve or Lisbon, reformers set up and ready, nourishing food prepared by our chefs, and a curated blend of Pilates, wellness and downtime tailored to your group.

You don’t need to live in Portugal, you can be visiting to celebrate a birthday, a hen or anything in between and this could be the perfect addition to your trip.

All you need to do? Arrive, relax and enjoy!

We want you to feel strong and capable in every area of your life and that's what we aim to provide in our classes. We look after everyone, from beginners to advanced, from the injured to the athlete. Offering Mat Pilates, Yoga and Pilates Reformer to help you on your path to whole-body wellness.
