Reformer Pilates Algarve is a boutique Reformer & Tower Pilates studio based in Almancil, in the heart of the Algarve, Portugal.

We offer small group Reformer Pilates classes and private 1:1 sessions for all levels.

Whether you have never set foot on a Reformer before, or you have been practising for years and want to go deeper. Our studio is small by design. We keep class sizes intimate so that every client gets attention, corrections, and a workout.

You will never feel lost in a crowd here.

Classes run throughout the week and are easy to reach from Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, and Loulé.

You never know where life will take you… If you’d asked me 5 years ago where I’d be, I wouldn’t have told you it would be exactly where I am now, but I’m so grateful that I am!

It’s not always about knowing what’s next in life, or sticking to an old plan, it can just be simply taking a pause to recalibrate and work out what you truly want next, in this moment

Life is busy - but being constantly exhausted, overwhelmed and anxious shouldn’t be your normal. That’s why it’s so important to carve out small pauses in your day. Even 5 minutes of stillness or intention can shift your whole energy, reset your mind and change your whole day 💛

Messages, updates, notifications - it never really stops.
But when you step away, even for an hour, you realise how much more present, peaceful, and you life feels.
You don’t have to switch off completely, this isn’t a week long digital detox, just a little less scrolling, and a little more living.

Yoga & Pilates Algarve was founded by Victoria Barton with the purpose to provide expert Yoga & Pilates classes to the central Algarve region. We want you to feel strong and capable in every area of your life and that's what we aim to provide in our classes. We look after everyone, from beginners to advanced, from the injured to the athlete. Offering Mat Pilates, Yoga and Pilates Reformer to help you on your path to whole-body wellness. We offer group classes and private sessions.
