Strength class in the spirit of Yoga:
The strength classes were created from a very real need — mine and my students’.
Over time, I realized that yoga is a wonderful foundation: it supports the body, the breath, the nervous system, the mind and the soul. It also builds strength.
And yet, to feel truly stable, confident, and at ease in everyday movement, we also need dedicated, focused muscle strengthening.
In these classes we work mindfully and progressively on:
Core strength – pelvic floor health, abdominal muscles, posture, lower back support, and inner stability
Legs and glutes – strength, balance, and functional support
Arms and upper body – practical strength for daily life
When? Wednesdays and Fridays at 11am.
