​What this workshop is truly about?
* Some basic anatomy
* Diving deeper into your internal systems with a fresh, mindful perspective
* ​Understanding how your breath and your nervous system directly impact your pelvic health
* ​Learning simple, effective tools you can carry with you into your daily life and your favorite workouts
* ​Shifting from "contraction" to the art of gathering (Isuf), creating a foundation of confidence that—for many—means finally being able to let go of liners.

We are starting this week, Thursday at 17:30 in Luz, so it’s a wonderful time to listen to that intuition and join. Please contact me for more info.

Setting the space, choosing the notebooks, and organizing the tools for our upcoming journey. There is something so special about these moments of preparation before we begin The Pelvic Floor Series.

I’ve been asked what this workshop is truly about. Beyond the anatomy and the movement, it’s an invitation to:

Get to know your body again: Diving deeper into your internal systems with a fresh, mindful perspective.

Find the connection: Understanding how your breath and your nervous system directly impact your pelvic health.

Gain practical ease: Learning simple, effective tools you can carry with you into your daily life and your favorite workouts.

Build trust: Shifting from "contraction" to the art of gathering (Isuf), creating a foundation of confidence that—for many—means finally being able to let go of liners.

Hello Yogis — happy holidays to you all! 🌸

I would like to share something special with you: a new workshop series I’ve been developing, called The Pelvic Floor Series.

This is a 5-session journey where we dive deep into "Support Before Movement." Each 90-minute session combines fascinating theory with practical movement, shifting from simple "contraction" to the art of gathering—"Isuf" and relaxing.

It’s a chance to build a stronger, more mindful connection to your foundation.

How to Choreograph Your Perfect Routine:
* Sit down and create yourself a list of things that are important for you, body and mind
* Choose the one that is most important / urgent for you at the moment and implement it in your day, connect it to something you already do everyday
* Add them one by one until you cheographed your own new routine
* Add/ reduce/ change according to your needs and add time goes by
* Be playful, curious, explorer, persistent
* Mine is also changing, updating and reforming over time
* You don't need to do all of them everyday necessarily, but over the course of one week, make sure all these pillars exist.

From pregnancy and postpartum to the shifts of menopause and post menopause, our pelvic floor is the "inner anchor" that supports us through every stage of life. Yet, we rarely talk about it until something feels "off."

Join me for a 2-hour intimate workshop in Luz where we’ll move beyond "just Kegels." We’ll explore anatomy, the power of breath, and how to protect your pelvic health in your daily life and workouts.

Strength class in the spirit of Yoga:

The strength classes were created from a very real need — mine and my students’.
Over time, I realized that yoga is a wonderful foundation: it supports the body, the breath, the nervous system, the mind and the soul. It also builds strength.

And yet, to feel truly stable, confident, and at ease in everyday movement, we also need dedicated, focused muscle strengthening.

In these classes we work mindfully and progressively on:

Core strength – pelvic floor health, abdominal muscles, posture, lower back support, and inner stability

Legs and glutes – strength, balance, and functional support

Arms and upper body – practical strength for daily life

When? Wednesdays and Fridays at 11am.
