Who is it for?
A 4-hour hands-on masterclass for regular reformer users (both teachers and experienced clients) looking to improve form and technique, get additional challenge and to understand why and how movements work.

What will you learn?

* How cueing changes the experience of movement
* How the method evolves with the body
