🌐 Integrated into the IHT Conference'25, the Brokerage Event brought together 100 participants for impactful networking across healthcare ecosystem!

🤝 A total of 125 one-on-one meetings were scheduled and 3 Thematic Group Meetings were realized, building bridges for collaboration, partnerships, and knowledge exchange. From healthcare providers to investors and end-user representatives, the event fostered insightful discussions and new opportunities shaping the future of health innovation.

Thank you to all co-partners (ANI, CEC, EEN), facilitators of the Thematic Group Meetings, and participants who contributed to this activity.

The Portuguese researcher Elsa Logarinho, from the i3S – Institute for Research and Innovation in Health, University of Porto, leads the CenAGE project in Portugal, recently awarded a prestigious ERC Synergy Grant of 10 million €.

The project studies the critical biological link between centromere instability and aging, aiming to develop new therapies for age-related diseases.

This year's MEDICA - Leading International Trade Fair 2025 has come to an end, and Portugal once again stood out with the Health Portugal stand, which showcased the very best of the country's health innovation offerings.

🏆 1st place: Opvance (challenge by CHU Rennes, France) — AI-powered platform turning clinical data into actionable insights.
🥈 2nd place: Bloom (challenge by CHU Grenoble Alpes, France) — predictive AI alerts for ICU patient care.
🥉 3rd place: Vitruvian Shield (challenge by ULS São João, Portugal) — SaaS for decentralized trials and remote monitoring.
