POSITION: Business Development Manager
International Commercial Department
(Remote, Portugal-based touchpoints)
WHAT YOU’LL DRIVE
— Identify and develop new international business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
— Manage the full commercial cycle: from first contact to closing, with clarity and ownership.
— Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
— Develop account plans and long-term relationships with international Clients and Partners, grounded in trust and value creation.
— Collaborate cross-functionally (Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, Production) to ensure proposals are feasible, compliant, and competitive.
— Represent Labialfarma at international events, Client meetings, and key industry touchpoints.
— Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and Client needs in order to support strategic decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING
— Proven experience in international B2B business development or sales, ideally within Pharma, CDMO, Healthcare, or nutraceutical sectors.
— Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
— Confidence working across functions in regulated environments (GMP mindset is a plus).
— A structured, data-driven approach to pipeline management, KPIs, and CRM usage.
— Fluency in English (mandatory — additional languages are a strong advantage).
— Availability for international travel when required.
