This session will guide you through simple, practical breathing techniques to:

• steady anxiety
• feel clearer and more grounded

With the prolonged stormy weather here in Portugal, you may have noticed your body feeling a little off key i.e. more tired, unsettled, wired, or simply not quite itself. When the external environment stays unpredictable for too long, the nervous system often struggles to find its rhythm again on its own.
This is where breathwork, done carefully and physically, can offer real support.
I’m offering a free online physical breathwork class as an opportunity to experience how simple, body-based practices can help regulate the nervous system, release held tension, and restore a sense of steadiness, especially during periods of ongoing stress.

This session is practical and accessible. It’s not about pushing the breath or “doing it right,” but about learning how to work with your body in a way that supports regulation and safety. No prior breathwork experience is needed.
To join, registration is required, and the Zoom link will be sent out in advance.
This free class also offers a clear insight into my Introduction to Breathwork course, which begins on 5 March. The 4-week course builds skills gradually, helping you understand your own nervous system and develop tools you can return to in daily life.
If March doesn’t feel possible, further courses are scheduled for May, September, and November.
