The purpose of HOLISTIC BODYWORK is to bring the body, mind, and spirit into a state of balance and harmony, providing an opportunity for self-healing. The treatments and sessions I provide are tailored to your individual needs. It is a perceptive treatment by using techniques that are best for YOU at the time of your session. My style is best described as combining a unique blend of diligence, intuition, nurture, and calm with the goal of providing my clients with comfort, relaxation and balance when and where they need it most. It combines Yoga stretches, Ayurvedic bodywork, rocking movements, Acupressure, Meditation, and a therapeutic touch to achieve balance and flow in the body.
