So Inversion Therapy evolved somewhat in the Early moments of this year & now truly in harmony with the Tarot which is a healing modality I also truly love & respect
One of the most Iconic Tarot Cards is the Hanging man: the story goes that a man suspend himself upside down from the tree of life in order to release himself from his material attachments.
The tree over hangs a pool of water & everything falls from his pockets into the pool (in some paintings of this card he has coins falling from his pockets to represent worldly things)
Once the waters have calmed after the last coin falls he is able to peer into the depths of the stillness (very Zen). Of course what is reflected back to him is truth.
Inversion therapy is similar. When we go upside down the mind, as if by magic, goes quiet & calm. When the mind is relaxed, the body follows suit & all the tension (material attachments) fall away.
This leaves one calm, relaxed & feeling happy, centred & grounded. It is also great if you have any pain, especially in the neck or back.
The chap in the photo had hurt his back & was suffering tremendously. He'd had one session with a chiropractor & due for another (probably several). When he went back however (post Inversion) the chiropractor had nothing to do. He said he was amazed but it was all fixed.
Another day, another miracle. I love my job 😊
