The fascia, the tissue connecting everything in our bodies, often holds lots of stress, tension and unprocessed emotion. This in turn leads to bodily pains, head aches, overall fatigue or stiffness.

Through healing our fascia we open ourselves for our vitality again. Through a combination between movement, breath and affirmations we let go of stagnated stress and experiences of the past and create more space, energy, flow and an overall sense of wellbeing.

Our body is our home. Let’s take care of it. ❤️
