Long Weekend Sup-Surfing Retreat Recap 🌊✌️
From Thursday to Sunday we shared an incredible few days full of ocean time, good energy and great people guided
We kicked things off on Friday 5th March in the afternoon right after check-in with our first surf session and the group’s first contact with the ocean and the boards the perfect start to the Sup-surf experience. As everyone got familiar with the spot and the equipment, confidence quickly grew and the waves lined up perfectly for the level of the group.
On the second day, a strong storm and heavy winds forced us to adapt our plans, but the crew stayed motivated. Instead of surfing, we held a functional training session with , who guided everyone through a great workout designed to improve strength and balance for Sup-Surfing.
Every morning started with a sunrise surf session, followed by a delicious homemade breakfast waiting for us at the house including our favorite avocado smoothie to refuel after the ocean.
The rest of the weekend delivered beautiful conditions, allowing us to enjoy two surf sessions per day with waves perfect for both intermediate and advanced riders.
Amazing crew, great energy, good food, and unforgettable sessions in and out of the water.
