Our Sup-surfing trip in El Salvador was pure magic 🌅 from start to finish. We kicked things off in El Sunzal, catching long, perfect waves under warm sunrise skies, then refueling with amazing local food and nonstop good vibes 😎

From there we headed to Punta 🥭 , where the coast turned wild and the waves got even better. Big sets, small playful ones we rode them all, stoked and smiling the whole way.

Every session felt like a gift, every meal a celebration, and every moment with the crew was something we’ll remember forever!

El Salvador gave us adventure and waves we’ll never forget. 🌊✨🏄‍♂️

Our October Sup-Surfing Retreat kicked off perfectly🌊

We were greeted with sunshine, great waves, and an amazing international crew stoked to catch waves and make new friends.

Each day started with energizing morning SUP sessions, followed by delicious breakfasts and some well-deserved rest before yoga. In the afternoons, we mixed in functional training and more Sup-surf sessions — the perfect balance of action and relax!

It was such a fun week full of good vibes, laughter, and shared waves.

So great meeting everyone and spending this unforgettable time together! 💙🌊

August SUP-SURFING RETREAT was pure magic ✨🌊

A perfect blend of SURF and SUP-SURFING, bringing both disciplines together for one goal: riding waves, learning maneuvers, and building real confidence in the ocean. From sunrise to sunset, we embraced the sea, respected safety, and enjoyed every single moment in the water. 🏄‍♂️💙

But it wasn’t just about the waves we also recharged body and mind with yoga and functional training guided by and 🧘‍♀️💪 The balance between ocean sessions and mindful movement made the experience even more special.

What a week! 💥🌊

We just wrapped up an amazing full-week SUP Camp with an awesome crew from Denmark 🇩🇰 — and what a ride it was!

We kicked things off with a cozy welcome dinner at our place 🍽️, setting the tone for a week full of stoke, progression, and good vibes. Our days were packed with a solid mix of functional training, SUP racing, and paddle technique work — two sessions a day: morning SUP surfing 🏄‍♂️ and afternoon races on the lake 🚣‍♀️.

Rest day? Not really 😏 — we explored the iconic big wave spot Nazaré and Papoa in Peniche, and even snuck in some Carver skate sessions to simulate sup-surf maneuvers. 🎯

Each session wrapped up with video analysis, giving everyone instant feedback to improve their technique, timing, and wave reading. By the end of the week, the whole crew was more confident, better at reading the lineup, knew their priorities, and could link multiple turns in a single wave. Serious progress! 🔥

We scored incredible waves all week, and the energy was unreal. Already counting the days for the next SUP Camp in May!
