We produce food from the soil we create. It makes for dense, nutrient-packed meals.

This is what potting soil wholly made with leaves looks like when ready. It smells like a forest after the rain.

I started by gathering leaves from the lime tree, added EMs and biodynamic teas, and waited patiently for 2 years. Now I have 1m3 ready for the vegetable garden, seedlings, and pot plants! I might sieve the soil a bit, though it is already very fine when the lime seeds are removed. ; ;
