O que é Osteopatia ?
A Osteopatia e uma terapia manual que visa restaurar a mobilidade do corpo. O osteopata trabalha no systema articular, musculo-esquelético (musculos, tendoes, ligamentos, fascia), digestivo e no movimento respiratorio primario. O osteopata é capaz de trabalhar em todos os pacientes de infantil ao idoso e em todas as dores (cervical, dorsal, lombar, etc.).

• Deformaçao craniana
• Parto com instrumentos (fòrceps, ventosas, colheres…)

• Distùrbios digestivos (còlicas, regurgitaçaos…)
• Distùrbios posturais (torticolo, corpo em banana, pés por dentro, etc.)

• Dores articular (cervicalgia, dorsalgia, lombalgia, dos membros inferiores (quadril, joelho, tornozelos, pés), dos membros superiores (ombro,cotovelo, pulso, maos)
• Distùrbios digestivos excluindo doença
• Dor de cabeça
• Todas as dores ligadas a doenças esqueleticas (nao resolva a doença mas alevia as dores)

Sobre mim
Sou francesa, qualificado em osteopatia em França em 2011. Sou de origem Portuguesa através da minha mãe que é madeirense. Conheço a ilha desde criança, tendo vindo muitas vezes de férias. O meu parceiro também é madeirense, conheci aqui durante férias. Quando nossa filha nasceu em 2021, decidmos vir paa a ilha para criá-la. No final de 2023 tínhamos um menininho para completar nossa famìlia. Também sou pintora e em julho de 2023 abri uma galeria de arte com 3 amigas francesas na Marina da Calheta. Gosto muito de dançar, fazer caminhadas, ler e nadar no mar. Sou bastante sociável e alegre por natureza.

Hey Friends, i hope you are all ok with this fire around the island 🙏🙏

Atelier Baby Montessori will continue Monday 16th october in Funchal !

Focus of the class : exploration of sounds and colors of autumn.

On Monday you will be met with a variety of musical instruments and things that make noise in general… Yes, that’s something babies find extremely attractive! (One of the reasons they keep “accidentally-on-purpose” dropping cups and spoons to the floor too… ;)

We’ll bring new songs and rhymes for our parachute time. So there will be plenty of ideas and tips to take back home!

Kind reminder on how we operate:

Each session welcomes babies from 6 to 36 months old and their caregivers.

The session lasts 1,5 h, and you can join and leave at any time that fits your needs and schedule.

The sessions are made to be beneficial as much for the patents as for their babies. The truth is - us, as young patents, are much more in need of learning and socialization than our babies…!

Cost of each session is 15€. It is necessary to book in advance, let us know if you will join the class here on the group or in private message.

Baby Montessori Atelier is back!

We welcome you and your little ones to enjoy the gentle sun of September on one of the most baby-friendly beaches of our island - Calheta beach.

We will dedicate 3 sessions to exploring sand, water and air, looking at this simple activity with the eyes of Montessori parents. We will note the senses we activate, the language we acquire, the skills we master, and many more things that are so obvious to us, adults, that we don’t give it enough attention anymore.

For those who are more hands-on and practice-orientated, we’ll take some time and talk about solutions we can provide for our babies so they are able to enjoy their “work” in safe and pleasant set up at any time.

Each session welcomes babies from 6 to 36 months old and their caregivers. The session lasts 1,5 h, and you can join and leave at any time that fits your needs and schedule.

A osteopatia é uma terapia manual que visa restaurar a mobilidade do corpo. É uma medicina preventiva mas também ajuda quando as dores já estão presentes. O osteopata trabalha nos sistemas articular, músculo esquelética, digestivo e no movimento respiratória primário (movimento criado durante a criação embrionária). O osteopata é capaz de trabalhar em todos os pacientes de crianças a idosos. Trabalho em todas as dores : cabeça, cervical, dorsal, lombar, digestão e nos membros.
Não tem limites a osteopatia, unicamente as técnicas mudam segundo o histórico do paciente e das patologias.
