I bring the sneakers to remind myself of the freedom I have to move.

For me it’s a daily practice and it never looks the same. Some days feel hard, others feel easier.

👟Some days it’s a walk.
👟Some days it’s a run.
👟Some days it’s following an online program.

One day in particular, I was on a very windy beach run and saw a mama turtle coming onto the shore to lay her eggs. It was magic, and being there felt so special.

*Consistent* movement has given me many experiences like THIS that I never could have planned.🥹🐢💚 🌴

That’s what “just bring the sneakers” means to me.

Even if your suitcase is full 😘
