The celebration continued with a Colorful Pastries activity, where everyone decorated treats with cream, jam, and bright sugar toppings. As part of our tradition, our team also shared the beloved malassadas, adding the familiar Carnival sweetness we all look forward to each year.

We joined Nova SBE's latest Career Fair and connected with ambitious students from this top business school, which shares our passion for innovation and talent, and with whom Unipartner maintains an important academic partnership to support students in the years ahead. 💡

The rain didn't even stop the vibrant campus atmosphere! Joana Cunha and Raul Araújo, our People Consultants, had a great time at our booth meeting eager students ready to , while sharing our digital transformation wins, latest initiatives that enrich Unipartner's culture and team spirit, as well as current open opportunities. 🤝

As part of our social responsibility commitment, our teams came together through our annual solidarity initiative to support communities across Portugal – a reflection of our dedication to in the lives of those who need it most.

Following the special connection we created with Associação Acreditar during last year, we partnered to offer thoughtful gifts that brought moments of joy to children and their families. In Funchal, we extended our spirit of care by supporting the children and families that the association and its partner entity, Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça, accompany in their daily lives, helping to improve their well-being.

In Oeiras, we delivered baskets to families supported by the Centro Social e Paroquial Nossa Senhora de Porto Salvo, a long-term partner with whom we have developed several solidarity initiatives over the past years, helping to bring comfort to their homes. In Abrantes, we joined forces with Tagusvalley to support children and families from Associação Vidas Cruzadas, while also sponsoring a 16 year old girl who received an Education Kit to inspire and support her learning journey. 🤝

As we were reminded, “Alone we go faster, but together we go further” – words that perfectly capture the spirit of this initiative and our belief that true impact is achieved through unity, compassion, and collective action. ✨
