The end of the year is coming, along with an invitation to close some cycles.
The beauty of the end of the year can be found in a blend of gratitude and farewell — closing our eyes for a moment and taking a deep breath before turning the page.

We invite you to pause and embrace this moment, share laughs and love with your loved ones and celebrate yourself!

We’ll be taking a short break to do the same and to recharge our dreams for the year ahead.

We’ll be back on January 5th.

A beleza do fim do ano pode estar numa mistura de gratidão e despedida — fechar os olhos por um instante e respirar fundo antes de virar a página.

Today we gathered the ōmlab team for the first time! For the last 6 months we worked “side by side “ in tune, supporting one another… but not everyone had met in person before.
And it was incredible! An immediate connection! We shared, laughed, cried under this golden autumn sun. What an afternoon!

I brought these intention cards to the meeting. We connected with our intentions, intuitions, and thoughts before randomly choosing two cards.
These were mine: GRATITUDE & OVERFLOW… exactly what I felt in that moment and what I experience with this project.

A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who take this space as your own and make this studio more special every day.🤍✨

Hoje reunimos a equipa ōmlab pela primeira vez! Estivemos a trabalhar em conjunto, sintonia, entre ajuda nestes últimos 6 meses… mas nem todos se conheciam pessoalmente.
E foi incrível! Uma sintonia imediata! Partilhamos, rimos, choramos à luz deste Sol dourado de Outono. Que tarde!
Levei para esse encontro essas cartas de intenções.. conectamos com as nossas intenções, intuições e pensamentos antes de escolhemos à sorte 2 cartas.
Essas foram as minhas, GRATITUDE & OVERFLOW… exactamente o que senti nesse encontro e que vivo com esse projeto.
Um obrigada sentido a cada um de vocês que tomam esse espaço como vosso e fazem este estúdio a cada dia mais especial. 🤍✨

4 years ago this was the studio’s class schedule. Even with just a few classes, they were filled with good energy, lovely students, and a small but meaningful community that was growing… growing consistently and naturally. We created bonds. But the original idea behind creating this space was always to welcome different activities, people, nationalities, and a vibrant community.

Today I look at this schedule with a full heart!

Gratitude to this incredible team who embraced this project and walks by my side with kindness, mutual support, and enthusiasm! Gratitude to the longtime students and to the new ones arriving — welcome!

Há 4 anos, este era o mapa de aulas do estúdio. Mesmo com poucas aulas, essas eram cheias de boa energia, alunos queridos e uma comunidade pequena, mas significativa, que estava crescendo… crescendo de forma consistente e natural. Criamos laços. Mas a ideia original por trás do ōm lab sempre foi acolher diferentes atividades, pessoas, nacionalidades e uma comunidade vibrante.

Hoje, olho para essa grade com o coração cheio!

Gratidão a essa equipe incrível, que abraçou este projeto e caminha ao meu lado com gentileza, apoio mútuo e entusiasmo! Gratidão aos alunos de longa data e aos que estão a chegar — sejam bem-vindos!
