Congratulations to Nico, who recently completed his first triathlon in Barcelona! 🇪🇸
Perhaps one of the best markers of a good pre-race preparation -- training, nutrition, hydration, rest and recovery -- is giving it your all during the event 💥 and not feeling completely broken afterwards. 🫠
Heck, if you can actually enjoy walking around the city feeling perfectly fine like Nico did after his tri, then even better! 💪🎉
