When My Nervous System Stopped Me So My Soul Could Speak

There was a time when I was successful on paper — a stable career, a good salary, a life that looked perfect from the outside.

But inside, I was exhausted.

I was living in a foreign country and speaking three languages daily — Portuguese at home, English and German at work.

I was literally learning medicine all over again in German, and the pressure to get everything right — perfectly — was enormous.

I had been living in survival mode, constantly doing, performing, achieving…and I had forgotten what it meant to feel.

In the following slides, I share how burnout and nervous system dysregulation hid the true path of my Soul — and how reconnecting with my body helped me return to my light and purpose. 🌹

🌹 Signs of a Wounded or Distorted Feminine Within a Woman 🌹

𓆸 Feeling unworthy of love, beauty, or support

𓆸 Fear of receiving — struggling to let in help, gifts, or love without guilt

𓆸 Overgiving and people-pleasing — abandoning yourself to feel safe or loved

𓆸 Suppressing emotions — believing it’s not safe to feel sadness, anger, or softness

𓆸 Judging other women — comparison, envy, rejection of feminine qualities

𓆸 Disconnection from the body — womb, breasts, heart carrying numbness or shame

𓆸 Shame around sensuality or sexuality — pleasure felt as wrong or dangerous

𓆸 Over-identifying with the masculine — doing, fixing, achieving while silencing the feminine

✧𓆸 So many women before us carried incredible gifts — the voice to sing, the hands to heal, the joy to create, the freedom to live in truth 🌹

But often these gifts were silenced…
and what could not be expressed
turned into grief, illness, depression, and pain in the family line.

In my own lineage, I saw women who could not live their gifts.

They became depressed, developed auto-immune diseases, and believed something was truly wrong with them.
