Olá, eu sou a Sandra Bensaude.

Desenvolvo o meu trabalho através da compreensão das diferentes variantes de cada ser humano, acompanhando e respeitando o tempo de cada um e o lugar onde se encontra no seu percurso individual. A minha forma de trabalhar com dor, stress ou crenças limitadoras baseia-se na importância da nossa vibração energética no nosso bem-estar. A minha função é oferecer um espaço seguro para a sua jornada, auxiliar a libertar bloqueios físicos, emocionais e energéticos e partilhar ferramentas que possam utilizar no seu dia a dia. Utilizo a técnica de psicologia energética (EFT e Matrix Reimprinting) e as terapias bioenergéticas (Biofeedback/terapia quântica e Emotion Code). A minha maior satisfação e privilégio é acompanhar e testemunhar a transformação dos meus clientes.

Hi, I’m Sandra Bensaude. I develop my work through the understanding of the different variants of each human being, accompanying and respecting the time of each one and the place where it is in its individual path. My way of working with pain, stress or limiting beliefs is based on the importance of our energetic vibration in our well-being. This concept has been known for a long time but without the scientific basis that now exists to prove it. My job is to provide a safe space for your journey, help release physical, emotional and energetic blocks, and share tools that you can use in your everyday life. I use the energy psychology technique (EFT and Reimprinting Matrix) and bioenergetic therapies (Biofeedback/quantum therapy and Emotion Code. Nem sempre te vais sentir melhor todos os dias. A cura não é uma linha reta, é um movimento vivo entre avanços e pausas, luz e sombra.
Há dias em que o corpo abranda para integrar o que a mente ainda tenta compreender. Dias em que o que parece retrocesso é, na verdade, reorganização interna.
Curar é permitir que o corpo encontre o seu próprio ritmo, sem o julgares por isso. É confiar que, mesmo nas pausas, há inteligência a acontecer dentro de ti.
O progresso nem sempre se sente como “melhorar”. Às vezes, é apenas conseguires respirar fundo onde antes só havia tensão. Às vezes, é ficares, em vez de fugires. Respira. Estás a avançar, mesmo que hoje não pareça.

Há mais de 25 anos, viajei até ao Quénia — e algo em mim mudou.
 Ver os animais selvagens no seu habitat natural trouxe-me uma mistura de deslumbramento e culpa.
 Percebi o quanto, como humanidade, nos afastámos da Terra — destruindo o que é puro em nome de “progresso”.

Mas o momento que ficou gravado foi outro: ao entardecer, junto a um pequeno lago, vi animais que seriam inimigos na natureza a brincar lado a lado.
 Nenhuma luta, nenhuma defesa. Apenas presença.
 Pareciam partilhar um entendimento silencioso — como se a natureza, em si, fosse o verdadeiro estado de paz.

Foi ali que aprendi que a harmonia não é ausência de diferença, mas a capacidade de coexistir com respeito.
 E que o equilíbrio que buscamos fora já vive dentro de nós — basta voltarmos a escutá-lo.

Over 25 years ago, I travelled to Kenya — and something inside me shifted.
 Watching wild animals in their natural habitat filled me with both awe and a quiet guilt. I realised how much we, as humans, have drifted from the Earth — destroying what is pure in the name of “progress”.
