STATE OF SPIRIT, POST SURGERY RECOVERY AND RETURN TO WORK...SOON 🇵🇹🇬🇧
Queridos clientes, em primeiro lugar, agradeço de coração todo o vosso carinho e mensagens de força! 💚 A primeira semana e meia pós operatória, mesmo com dr**as fortes, foi muito dolorosa e intensa, tanto a nível físico como a nível emocional, muito limitativa. Um desmonorar completo. Depois aconteceu uma espécie de "milagre" das melhoras de um dia para o outro. Faz vários anos que estou a passar por uma metamorfose pessoal complexa e sinto que a presença de certas sincronicidades e a realização da cirurgia acelararam este processo de consciência existencial. A espiritualidade é sentida de forma única pelo tempo e cada um de nós tem o seu caminho a percorrer, sem comparação. Obviamente que ainda existe fragilidade, sensibilidade e medo, pois habito num corpo humano com desafios. Sinto gratidão pelos Neurocirurgiões incríveis e assistentes, por terem colocado um travão na degeneração imprevisível das minhas capacidades cognitivas e da fala, principalmente, onde estava localizado aquela má formação venosa que sofreu hemorragias e que ao mesmo tempo me provocava epilepsia. Ainda estarei medicada durante uns meses pois o cérebro precisa de alguma protecção depois de mexido, mas acredito que independentemente de tudo, escolhi o melhor para o meu crescimento. Dou cada vez mais valor à solitude e à partilha de energias de quem habita no meu coração. Cada vez mais sinto o quão frágil e finita é a vida (já testemunhei várias histórias, desabafos e lutos). É vital sermos autênticos e mantermos as conexões que nos serenam e desabrocham, estarmos em contacto com a Natureza e os animais, fazermos as escolhas mais conscientes e equilibradas possíveis para a nossa alma dentro dos nossos limites humanos e calibragem psicológica.
👉 Regresso ao trabalho que gosto muito (pois é um ambiente de partilha, conexão e Bem Estar) em breve. Começarei a atender devagarinho quando recomeçar, sem encher muito a agenda nas primeiras semanas, para o meu corpo e mente se irem adaptando. O médico aprova. Até breve! 🙏

🇬🇧 Dear clients, first of all, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your affection and messages of strength! 💚 The first week and a half after surgery, even with strong drugs, was very painful and intense, both physically and emotionally, and very limiting. A complete collapse. Then a kind of "miracle" happened, with improvements from one day to the next. I have been going through a complex personal metamorphosis for several years now and I feel that the presence of certain synchronicities and the completion of the surgery have accelerated this process of existential awareness. Spirituality is felt in a very intimate way and each one of us has our own path to follow, incomparable. Obviously, there are still weaknesses, sensibilities and fears, as I live in a human body with challenges. I am grateful to the incredible Neurosurgeons and assistants for having put a stop to the unpredictable degeneration of my cognitive mind and speech abilities, especially where the venous malformation that suffered hemorrhages and at the same time caused me epilepsy was located. I will still be on medication for a few months because the brain needs some protection after being touched, but I believe that regardless of everything, I chose the best for my growth. I increasingly value solitude and sharing good moments with those who live in my heart. I increasingly also feel how fragile and finite life is (I have already witnessed several stories, outbursts and mournings). It is vital to be authentic and maintain the connections that calm and blossom us, to be in contact with Nature and animals, to make the most conscious and balanced choices possible for our soul within our human limits and psychological calibration.
👉 I'll be going back to work soon, which I really like (as it's an environment of sharing, connection and well-being). I'll start working slowly, without filling my schedule too much in the first few weeks, so that my body and mind can adapt. The doctor approves. See you soon 🙏
