Adamãe is a sustainable off-grid eco retreat center, thoughtfully designed to host retreats and events of all kinds.

Adamãe - Retreat Center & Events, was born out of our mutual dream of living close to nature, completely off-grid, with a self-sustained and regenerative lifestyle. And what do you know – it wasn’t long after this dream took shape in our minds and hearts that we found our dream land. It seemed like it was always there, waiting for us, between the picturesque hills of Alentejo and the stunning beaches of Porto Covo and Malhao. It was also right there and then that we knew – we have to share this with others.

We are very excited to announce that we will start our 2026 season with the Second Edition of the Ashtanga–Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Catia & Cherry this April/May. We can’t wait to have you back!!!

An invitation to move, internally and externally.
This May, “The Awakened Dance” arrives at Adamãe, led by Shantam & Oliver, bringing together intentional 5Rhythms movement with stillness and silence.
Oliver carries the pulse of the dance through music and pace, while Shantam holds ceremony with presence and dignity, together creating a space that is steady, grounded, and profound.

The Atlantic Ocean is part of our sweet Alentejo life and an essential part of each retreat at Adamãe. During the In Her Body retreat last October, the group moved between the land, the ocean, and the lake, allowing connection to unfold through the different elements.

Thank you to every woman who came with openness and helped co-create a space of trust and softness.

Last spring, Nico & Lina held space at Adamãe for the Inner Wisdom Retreat. A deep and profound work took place. The group was guided with such care and sensitivity. We look forward to welcoming you back again next spring.
