We’ve just delivered our first Ground-up WHS compliance package through R&L Safety for a builder in Toowoomba.

For this project, we developed:

• A tailored WHS Management Plan (WHSMP)
• A complete site induction package
• 3 SWMS

Our focus was to build a compliant, practical system from the ground up. Documentation that reflects how the business will actually operate, aligns with current legislative requirements and supports the builder in meeting principal contractor obligations.

In construction, compliance isn’t about paperwork for the sake of it. It’s about having systems in place that protect workers, satisfy audits and give builders confidence when stepping onto site.

Proud to have our first WHS compliance package completed and issued.

Big weekend for our director Lachie Currie who headed out to Roma for the Rugby 7s. Playing with a brand‑new team of blokes, some who had never met and some who had never played union before.
What stood out?
They still came together, got organised, had a quick game plan chat… and then got on with it.
That’s exactly why pre‑starts matter on a worksite.
(And look, we’re not saying the pre‑start huddle worked miracles… but Lachie did manage to cross the line for three tries across four games on Saturday. Just saying. 😏🏉)
It’s the same on a worksite.
A quick 5–10 minute chat at the start of the day can turn a bunch of individuals into a team, even if they have never worked together before.
It doesn’t need to be complicated. Just:
• what’s happening today
• what could go wrong
• what controls are we using
• and making sure everyone’s on the same page
Whether it’s footy or construction, communication is everything. Look after your mates and stick to the plan.
