To lose weight the right way, avoiding rebound effects, and especially in a healthy manner, both of them should go hand in hand. It is useless if we kill ourselves exercising, then we "throw the house out the window" when it comes the food hour.

Having breakfast is essential when trying to lose weight, but choosing what to eat is always important if we do not want to produce the opposite effect on our body.
