π’ Dear Parents,
First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your childβs participation in the Drawing Contest 2025. Their creativity, passion, and sincere efforts truly filled the event with joy and inspiration.
We would also like to share with you the judging and selection process that was followed. To ensure complete transparency and avoid any internal influence, all drawings were evaluated by an external expert with extensive experience in the field of art.
We had assigned Artist Mr. Sam Varghese, who carries over 20 years of experience as an artist and has judged numerous competitions across Qatar, UAE, and India.
Out of the 386 entries received until 19th November, Mr. Varghese shortlisted 50 finalists based on:
β Age according to category
β A3 size usage
β Materials used
β Unconventional thinking
β Originality of the artwork
From these shortlisted entries, 5 winners were selected from Categories 1 and 2 based on:
π¨ Overall design
π Emotional clarity
π Balance of colors
π‘ Combination of ideas
β¨ Neatness of the artwork
After the evaluation, the shortlisted participants along with the other participants attended the Winners Announcement Event held at Asian Medical Center on World Childrenβs Day, 20th November, between 5:30 and 6:00 pm.
We deeply appreciate the dedication and enthusiasm shown by every child. As a gesture of appreciation, we had decided from the very beginning to provide prizes and certificates to all participants.
These may be collected from 25th November onwards at your convenience.
The purpose of this event has always been to highlight and celebrate the hidden talents of our young artists. We remain committed to continuing this initiative in the coming years.
Based on the valuable feedback received, we have also decided to involve parents in the judging process in future competitions. In line with this, we are planning an On-Site Drawing Competition at Asian Medical Center for World Childrenβs Day 2026.
Thank you once again for your support and for encouraging your childβs participation. We look forward to welcoming your young artist again next year.
Warm regards,
Asian Medical Centerπ
