Congratulations to all ISUOG faculty, speakers, and the entire organizing team for the resounding success of the First ISUOG Middle East Symposium. As the world leaders in ultrasound for women, ISUOG continues to set the standard for excellence.
The Symposium was expertly hosted in Doha, Qatar, under the leadership of Prof. Badreldeen Ahmed of the Feto Maternal Centre.

War in Sudan a point of view

سقوط الفاشر.. لحظة الحقيقة في الصراع الدولي على السودان

تشبه الحالة السودانية الراهنة أجواء نيفاشا القديمة، لا من حيث الزمان والرجال، بل من حيث منطق إدارة الأزمة لا حلّها الذي لطالما اتبعته القوى الكبرى تجاه السودان.

تتبدّل الجغرافيا، وتتبدّل أدوات الصراع، غير أن الفاعل الدولي الأبرز، الولايات المتحدة،لا يزال يدير خيوط المؤامرة ذاتها: تفكيك المركز عبر الأطراف، وإعادة تشكيل الجسد السياسي السوداني وفق مقاسات النظام الدولي الجديد.

في مطلع الألفية، كانت واشنطن تُشعل فتيل التمرّد في الجنوب، وتغلفه بخطاب إنساني زائف، حتى انتهى المشهد باتفاق نيفاشا الذي منح الجنوب حق تقرير المصير؛ فكانت النتيجة تفكيك السودان الأكبر، وإقامة أول دولة مولودة من رحم الوصاية الدولية.

واليوم، تتكرّر التجربة في دارفور، ولكن بلغة أكثر حداثة ودهاء.

ظهرت الولايات المتحدة في المشهد السوداني مجدداً عندما استعرت الحرب في دارفور. قبل عام ونصف، قدّمت واشنطن عرضاً مغرياً للقيادة السودانية: (الخرطوم مقابل الفاشر)، أي تسوية تُعيد ترتيب السلطة المركزية مقابل التنازل عن نفوذ الدولة في الغرب، رفضت القيادة العرض.

بعد عام ونصف، سقطت الفاشر بدعم أمريكي غير معلن، جاء بعد تعثّر مفاوضات سويسرا التي حاولت واشنطن عبرها فرض "هدنة" لتثبيت واقع سياسي جديد.

ليست واشنطن معنية بوقف الحرب بقدر ما تسعى إلى تجميدها عند خطوط تماس تخدم هندستها الجيوسياسية الجديدة،دارفور شبه دولة مستقلة إدارياً وسياسياً، تُفرغ ديمغرافياً من سكانها المحليين، ثم يُعاد ملؤها بـ"عرب الشتات" لتغيير الخريطة السكانية تمهيداً للفصل الجغرافي الكامل.

في العمق، لا تحارب مليشيا آل دقلو بالوكالة عن الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل من أجل "الإنسان الدارفوري" كما تزعم، بل من أجل الموقع.

دارفور اليوم هي بوابة الصراع بين القوى الكبرى على الفضاء الإفريقي، والبحر الأحمر هو الرئة التي تتنفس منها مشاريع السيطرة الجديدة.

تحاول واشنطن كبح التمدّد الروسي المتسارع في إفريقيا، إذ تسعى لإقامة نطاق نفوذ يمتد من تشاد إلى البحر الأحمر، لتقطع الطريق على موسكو وبكين في الوصول إلى ذلك الساحل.

داخلياً، تدرك القيادة السودانية أن الاستجابة للضغوط الأمريكية ستكون انتحاراً سياسياً، وأن المزاج الشعبي والوجدان العسكري متوحّدان حول شعار واحد: لا تفريط في السيادة.

الجيش الذي قدّم آلاف الشهداء لن يقبل أن تُعاد صياغة الدولة بقرار خارجي. ومع ذلك، تمارس القيادة نوعاً من الواقعية السياسية؛ تراوغ الغرب لتفادي مصير "البشير"، وتحاول تحييد سلاح العقوبات والمحكمة الجنائية دون أن تسقط في فخ الخضوع الكامل.

لكن المعركة الأخطر ليست في الميدان، بل في الوعي الجمعي؛ إذ تجيد واشنطن، ومعها تل أبيب، صناعة الحرب النفسية وتوجيه الرأي العام المحلي لإضعاف الثقة في القيادة، وإحداث شرخ في الجبهة الداخلية.

في لحظة التحوّل هذه، يقف السودان أمام اختبار وجودي جديد: إما أن يتحوّل إلى ساحة دائمة للوصاية الخارجية، وإما أن يُعيد إنتاج سيادته من رماد الحرب.

To the FMC quality is paramount so please let us know if you notice anything we can improve . Sadly we cannot get you to see the doctor the minute you come in as we do see patients with different needs which we cannot fathom in advance . We will only keep you waiting if the patients before you , similar to you on another day needed more time .

Our different doctor have different strengths and interests despite all managing general obstetrics and gynecology so you will notice that we refer internally .
