⚕️ “Momentul meu de reconfort: ghimbir, lămâie, miere și… magie într-o cană. ➰ Swipe pentru rețetă!”

🫚🍋🍯 Ceai revitalizant: ghimbir + lămâie + miere

Ingrediente (1 cană de apă, la fiert):
• 1 deget ghimbir proaspăt (curățat, tăiat felii și zdrobit ușor)
• 1 lămâie bio (stoarsă, pulpă tocată fin și, opțional, coajă rasă)
• 1 lingură miere crudă (adăugată după ce ceaiul s-a răcit sub 40 °C)

Mod de preparare clar și pas cu pas:
1. Pune în ibric ghimbirul pregătit, sucul și pulpa de lămâie.
2. Toarnă 250 ml apă și fierbe 5–7 minute la foc mic.
3. Strecoară lichidul într-o cană și presează resturile (fibre de ghimbir/pulpă) în sită pentru a extrage toată esența.
4. Lasă să se răcească puțin (sub 40 °C), apoi adaugă mierea și amestecă ușor.

• Sprijină digestia, reduce balonarea și constipația, și calmează greața.
• Întărește imunitatea, având efect antiinflamator și calmant pentru gât.
