🌍 World Kidney Day
Every day, our kidneys filter approximately 190 liters of blood. Their health is essential for keeping our bodies in balance — yet certain medical conditions can put them under serious stress.

One critical example is rhabdomyolysis, where the breakdown of muscle tissue releases myoglobin into the bloodstream. High levels of myoglobin can accumulate in the kidneys and could be linked to acute kidney injury (AKI).
