Bonded RPEs — another approach to maxillary expansion 🔬✨

Unlike traditional banded expanders, bonded RPEs are directly bonded to the upper teeth using occlusal coverage, offering improved control and, in some cases, more efficient expansion.

Including BENEfit appliances (mixed dental & skeletal anchorage), starting with a cleft palate surgical case, followed by standard expansion cases for crowding and other orthodontic issues.

Bonded designs can extend over 2–4 posterior teeth and be customized with different colors, stickers, and patterns.
