Better harmony and proportions of the face with better nose support.

Achieving better proportions of the face with bimaxillary Orthognathic surgery :
The mandible and maxilla were both moved forward with a counterclockwise rotation, this allowing us to achieve:

- A better mandibular definition,
- Longer neck line,
- Improved nasal base projection and nasal support
- Better support for the lower lip and last, but not least,
- Corrects the narrow superior airway passage, that is responsible for Obstructive Sleep Apnea , associated with sleeping disorders during night time and extreme fatigue during daytime, thus improving the patients’ quality of life .
