ARCE - Asociatia Romana pentru Chirurgie Endoscopica Asociaţia Româna pentru Chirurgie Endoscopică şi alte Tehnici Intervenţionale (ARCE) Majoritatea membrilor ARCE sunt si membri EAES.

ARCE se doreste cea mai activa organizatie de chirurgie endoscopica din Romania. Desi majoritatea membrilor ARCE practica in scop diagnostic sau terapeutic laparoscopie sau gastroenterologie interventionala, sub umbrela acestei asociatii se regasesc toti cei care doresc sa practice si sa promoveze tehnici endoscopice. Toate specialitatile chirurgicale au dezvoltat procedee miniminvazive videoasistate; utilizatorii acestor metode sunt invitati sa-si impartaseasca experienta si, alaturi de ARCE sa contribuie la dezvoltatea tehnicior moderne de tratament in Romania. Calitatea de membru ARCE insemna si recunoastere internationala prin faptul ca Asociatia noastra este afiliata cu drepturi depline la European Association of Endoscopic Surgery (EAES). As part of the Symposium on Innovation in Surgery (23 January, Porto), we’re excited to offer four full-day hands-on courses designed for surgeons eager to refine their skills and explore the latest techniques in minimally invasive and image-guided surgery.

1️⃣ Advanced techniques in image-guided surgery: a hands-on workshop on porcine models (course directors: Hélder Ferreira & Ludovica Baldari)

Dr. Cristian Boru is Senior Consultant in General Surgery at General and Hepato-biliary Surgery Division, Sant’ Andrea Hospital, Department of Medical Surgical Sciences and Translational Medicine, University “La Sapienza” of Rome, Italy. Specialist in general surgery since 2005, with interests in minimally invasive surgery, bariatric surgery, digestive and hepatobiliary surgery. Specialization co-supervised by University “La Sapienza” of Rome, Italy – "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest, Romania between 2000-2005. General surgery activity between 2008-2016 in Romania, in academic medical facilities, including as Chief of the Surgical Department between 2009-2014. Ph.D. student at "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest 2005-2010. Ph.D. in Morphogenesis and Tissue Engineering 2016-2019 at the University “La Sapienza of Rome”. Postdoctoral fellowship at the same University 2023-2024.
