Not all lip lifts are the same.
În chirurgia estetică există uneori proceduri care, deși poartă același nume, aparțin unor lumi tehnice complet diferite — iar diferența reală se vede nu în fotografie, ci în planul profund în care lucrează chirurgul.

Un lip lift clasic înseamnă, în majoritatea cazurilor, o excizie de piele sub baza nasului. Rezultatul imediat poate părea convingător, însă dacă musculatura nu este eliberată și repoziționată corect, întreaga tensiune postoperatorie se concentrează pe cicatrice. În timp, buza superioară își reia parțial poziția inițială, iar linia subnazală devine vizibilă, uneori rigidă, alteori artificială.

În schimb, un deep plane lip lift este o intervenție mult mai elaborată, în care chirurgul lucrează în profunzime, eliberând și repoziționând planurile musculare care determină forma reală a buzei. Distanța subnazală se scurtează fără a trage de piele, cicatricea rămâne protejată în profunzime, iar tensiunea se distribuie uniform — acolo unde anatomia poate fi remodelată cu sens.

Când se adaugă și un corner lift, tehnica trebuie ajustată în funcție de arhitectura fiecărui pacient, astfel încât colțurile gurii să fie proiectate natural, fără a fi trase în interior sau deformate.

Have you ever wondered what the healing process looks like after a BBL HEROic + MOXI combination? 🤍

This is the 7-day transformation of a patient with extensive sun damage, for whom we created a personalized protocol for photorejuvenation and epidermal regeneration.
