This masterclass is intended to bring together highly established neurosurgeons and young students, in order for us to learn from their experience and become acquaintanced with the neurosurgical craft.

The Neurosurgical Masterclass offers a unique hands-on learning experience through seven specialized workshops, covering essential skills in neurosurgery and neuroanatomy. Participants will refine their diagnostic abilities with an objective neurological examination, practice fundamental knot-tying and suturing techniques, and explore the role of EEG in epilepsy surgery. 🪢

Moreover, participants get the opportunity to observe a live brain surgery performed by Prof. Florian with expert explanations throughout and to attend a unique workshop on morphophonological and genetic diagnosis. 🔬

For those interested in advanced imaging and anatomical exploration, workshops on using a 3D Slicer for neuroanatomical imaging and white matter dissection provide valuable hands-on experience. 🧠
