This morning we wrapped up GKS Day, marked by highly engaging wet labs on corneal cross-linking that brought valuable hands-on insights for all participants.

We were honored to have Prof. Dr. Suphi Taneri, Director of the Center for Refractive Surgery Muenster (Germany), as one of our distinguished international speakers. His presence added real value to the event.

A special thank-you to Prof. Dr. Ashraf Armia for his coordination and for playing a key role in the success of this edition.

Dr. Salvador Delpech Garcia, unul dintre cei mai apreciați specialiști din Spania, ne-a onorat ieri cu prezența la GKS Day, alături de alți speakeri internaționali de prestigiu.

Astăzi, dr. Delpech Garcia va contribui cu o nouă prezentare științifică în cadrul Forumul Progrese și Inovații în Oftalmologie, un eveniment coordonat de Prof. Univ. Dr. Simona Nicoară.

Forumul, care va începe astăzi, se va desfășoară pe parcursul a trei zile și va reuni peste 60 de speakeri din țară și din străinătate, oferind o platformă complexă pentru actualizarea cunoștințelor și discutarea celor mai recente inovații din oftalmologie.

Ne bucurăm să fim parte dintr-un eveniment care încurajează colaborarea internațională și promovează excelența în practica medicală oftalmologică.

Today, December 10th, Romania hosted its first-ever Keratoconus Course, organized by the Global Keratoconus School (GKS), a true milestone for the ophthalmology community.

We were honored to welcome Dr. Salvador Garcia-Delpech,
Co-Director of Fundación Aiken, Valencia, who joined us on-site and shared essential insights into this important ophthalmology subspecialty.

This special event was held under the coordination of Dr. Ashraf Armia, whose dedication made this premiere possible.

We are delighted that most GKS speakers will also join us with scientific presentations at the Forum of Progress and Innovation in Ophthalmology, starting tomorrow, December 11–13, in Cluj-Napoca.
