✨Beginning the New Year with yoga is an invitation to pause, reflect, and set heartfelt intentions, sankalpa, as you step into the year ahead.
✨We’ll welcome 2026 with a dynamic yet nourishing practice to gently warm the body and ease the transition back into rhythm after the holidays. Expect a full-body flow with standing balances, hip openers, backbends, and inversions, woven together with moments of stillness and awareness to help clarify and anchor your intentions.
✨This practice invites curiosity and intention honoring where you’ve been while opening to what’s ready to unfold. Move forward with clarity, grounding, and renewed purpose, one conscious breath at a time.
✨We’ll close with guided reflection, allowing your intentions to settle not just in the mind, but in the body and heart — carrying this sense of alignment with you beyond the mat.

All I want for Christmas 🎄 is...already here?!

✨ Grateful for all the gifts 🎁 Yoga has brought into my life, balance, personal transformation and growth, better health but also wonderful people, yogi friends and gifted teachers who supported me unconditionally on this path🙏🤍👏

✨Yoga keeps reminding me that the greatest gift is presence: showing up on the mat🤸, breathing together🌬️, learning 📖, unlearning, and growing side by side 🙌

✨In this season of light and pause, my heart💜 bows in gratitude for the journey, exactly as it is - unpredictable ✨, magical 💫 uniquely beautiful 😍

Yoga is a perfect practice to honor the Winter Solstice. It grounds us during this introspective season, fostering balance, clarity, and inner peace. Through mindful movement, breath-work, and meditation, we create space for self-renewal and a deeper connection with ourselves🧘.

As another week comes to an end, this is your moment to pause — to step out of the rush, take a deep breath, and come back to yourself. 🧘

Starting next Sunday, 2 of November at 6 p.m., join us at Magic Yoga Gheorgheni ( Soporului 1–3, Cluj-Napoca) for a brand new class - Sunday Reset & Flow.

🌿This class invites you to gather the scattered notes of your week and weave them into harmony — a melody for your body, mind, and soul. 

Through mindful breath and fluid movement, we’ll realign energy, release tension, and create space to begin again.

🙏We flow with awareness, honoring the full spectrum of the week — the joy, the doubts, and all that lives in between — allowing everything to melt into presence.

✨ The first chapter of the Cikitsa Yoga Therapy journey came to a close… and my heart is full 🤍

Under the wide and generous sky of Yoga Therapy, we explored healing in its many sacred forms:
🌬️ the quiet power of Prāṇāyāma with Dr. Lata Satish,
🎶 the luminous resonance of Chanting with teacher Mamatha Thatalluri,
📜 and the timeless wisdom of the Yoga Sūtras with teacher Saraswati Vasudevan.

Each teaching, a thread of light gently woven together by the loving guidance of our teacher Viji Vasu, and supported by the Yoga Academy by Heartfulness , ever nurtured by our Master Daaji’s grace. 🌿

A heartfelt thank you to all my colleagues for your warmth, openness, and inspiring presence. 🌸

In this heart-opening class, we’ll explore how movement, breath, and intention can help us access this space within. By softening around the heart, we invite vulnerability, healing, and a deeper sense of self-awareness.
✨Heart-opening poses boost energy levels and stimulate the release of mood-lifting hormones, helping to elevate both body and mind. By opening the chest and shoulders, and strengthening the arms and back, these postures can also help ease tension in the neck and spine.
✨As we move through these poses, we begin to release heavy emotions—like sadness, fear, or anger—and create space for joy, acceptance, love, and compassion. We nurture self-belief and reconnect with our inner strength.

✨This is a calming class created especially for those juggling full schedules, constant responsibilities, and the pressures of everyday life. In this space, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed only your willingness to soften into the present moment.

✨The class offers a gentle blend of soothing movement, conscious breathing, and guided relaxation. The pace is slow and intentional, helping to ease tension from both body and mind.
You won’t be asked to push or strive—this is a time to soften, unwind, and simply be.

✨With regular practice, you may notice improved sleep, better focus, reduced anxiety, improved digestion and a stronger sense of emotional balance.
The nervous system gets a chance to reset, helping you feel more present and resilient in your daily life.

✨This class is a grounding and revitalizing practice designed to support the body’s natural ability to release, reset, and renew. It focuses on stimulating the digestive and elimination systems through intentional movement, especially with twists, side bends, and postures that massage and awaken the abdominal area. By creating gentle internal pressure and movement in this region, we encourage the release of physical and energetic blockages that can accumulate in the core of the body.

✨At the heart of this practice lies the concept of Apana Vayu, one of the five vital currents of energy in the body, the downward-moving energy responsible for elimination and detoxification—both physically and energetically. By working with postures and breath awareness that activate Apana Vayu, the energy of release, we support the body in letting go of what no longer serves us, making space not only in the gut but also in the mind and spirit, exploring the principle of cleansing and clearing, tuning into the rhythms of release and renewal.

✨As we twist and lengthen, compress and expand, we begin to shift stagnant energy and create room for new prana to enter and circulate freely. This process can leave us feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in our bodies.

✨This class is an invitation to reset from within—inviting spaciousness not just in the belly, but in the way we move, breathe, and relate to ourselves.
