Most people have no idea how their favorite cheap comfort food is actually made. Before my fatty liver diagnosis, I also ate instant noodles constantly.

Stop assuming that "Vegan" equals "Liver Friendly." It doesn’t.

I see this mistake constantly: people diagnosed with fatty liver immediately switch to a strict vegan diet. But instead of eating whole foods, they load up on "meat alternatives," processed grains, and fruit smoothies. This is called the "Dirty Vegan" trap.

Here is the hard truth for 2026: French fries, Oreos, and soda are all vegan. They are also bad for the liver.

We see it everywhere: "Drink this juice to detox your liver!" But here is the hard truth no one tells you: when you juice fruits and veggies, you strip away the fiber. Without that fiber, you are essentially drinking a sugar bomb that hits your liver all at once.
