We see it everywhere: "Drink this juice to detox your liver!" But here is the hard truth no one tells you: when you juice fruits and veggies, you strip away the fiber. Without that fiber, you are essentially drinking a sugar bomb that hits your liver all at once.

Stop drinking fruit juice if you have a fatty liver!

I know that sounds wrong. We’re taught that juice is healthy, but here is the truth: without the fiber, juice hits your liver with a massive sugar spike (a "fructose tsunami") just like a soda, forcing your liver to store fat immediately. And guess what? A fatty liver doesn't need extra stored fat!

That was until I found the MISSING PIECE - one you might not even be aware of.

Most people think a fatty liver (MASLD) is just about what you eat or drink. But your liver isn't just a filter - it’s a target for your hormones. When you are under constant pressure, your body stays flooded with cortisol, which has one very specific, physical job: it tells your liver to store fat and hold onto it.

You can't out-eat a nervous system that is stuck in survival mode!

The holidays are officially here! While this is a season of giving, please make sure you don't "give away" the incredible progress you’ve made on your liver reversal journey!

The best gift you can give yourself this coming year is consistency. Stay focused on your lean proteins and veggies, keep your water bottle close, and keep your "Why" at the front of your mind. You CAN do this. You CAN reverse this condition!

One tip for the dinner table: If you do decide to have a treat, make it intentional. Enjoy it, then get right back to the habits that serve your body. Don't take it as a defeat, but as a small treat for a better year overall.
