Parent Reminder 🙂 Practice Self Love in front of them.

As a parent, I'm always reminding myself that what my children SEE me do is just as important, if not more so than what they hear me SAY.

What do I want them to see me doing? How do I want them to see me navigate this world, our family and relationships?

What are you mindful of letting your child/ren SEE you doing?
