Salut! Masajul pentru mine, în primul rând, are nevoie de un motiv. Pentru unii, este o ameliorare a durerii, pentru alții o modalitate de a îmbunătăți performanța, pentru alții o modalitate de a ameliora stresul. În masajul pe care il practic, doar cele mai eficiente tehnici, sunt folosite pentru a ne atinge obiectivele. Practica a inceput in Ploiesti, iar dupa un sezon in Creta si un sezon in Ploiesti, am început să profesez în Marea Britanie la sfârșitul anului 2014, într-o stațiune balneară din Hampshire. După 3 ani am început un serviciu de masaj mobil, am continuat să-mi îmbunătățesc cunoștințele și abilitățile, să optimizez sesiunile de terapie pentru a se potrivi cât mai mult nevoilor, obiectivelor și dorințelor fiecărui individ. Am ajuns sa petrec inca 3 ani in o camera inchiriata la o clinica de chiropractura,datorita pandemiei, unde am inteles pe pielea mea de ce este o terapie alternativa si ce riscuri expune, colaborand cu asa zisa dorctor in chiropractura in tratarea pacietilor. Am ales sa continui in dezvoltarea practici mele individual, si aleg sa aplic doar manevre sigure si naturale pentru tratament. In prezent, datorita familiei, am decis sa ma restabilesc acasa si sa va ajut, daca imi permiteți, să vă simtiti mai bine în corpul vorstru. Durata si stilul masajului practicat depinde si de varsta, tonus muscular sau conditie fizica. Tehnicile folosite pot fi relaxante, lente și calmante, blânde și terapeutice, profunde și vindecătoare, rapide și energizante includ mișcare, întinderi și mobilizări în funcție de nevoi și dorințe. Welcome to the club

First time cupper over here 🙋🏽‍♂️
Looks more gnarly than it feels, but over all I enjoyed the therapy.

Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250million year old dinosaur 🦖 body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule.
It all takes it toll, so being proactive is critical.

We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it.
