Eu însă îți ofer suportul permanent, îndrumarea, practic îți creez contextul perfect să treci de la stadiul de informare la cel de transformare. La început am pornit pe drumul acesta pentru că eu însumi am avut nevoie. Dar apoi am urmat cursuri și certificări naționale și internaționale și am ajuns la concluzia că ceea ce mă împlinește cu adevărat este să ajut și alte persoane să descoperă calea spre silueta mult visată. In primul rand m-am confruntat chiar eu cu multe kilograme in plus si cu frustarile de a ma mentine cu usurinta pe termen lung, fara sa simt ca sunt "la dieta". Am resuit sa transform totul intr-un stil de viata care ma ajuta sa imi indeplinesc toate rolurile astfel incat sa fiu o persoana implinita si sa ma simt bine in pielea mea. Am vazut ca pot transmite mai departe aceste obiceiuri, lucrand cu sute de persoane pe care le sustin sa piarda kilograme si sa se mentina pe termen lung- fara sa cantareasca mancarea, fara sa numere calorii, fara sa faca ore interminabile de sport si fara ceaiuri sau pastile minune. Doar simplu- prin schimbari minore, cu impact major. Cu ce te pot ajuta efectiv?

• cm să te menții cu ușurință pe termen lung
• vei știi cm să obții un corp tonifiat
• vei ajuge să te simți bine în pielea ta și îți va crește exponențial entuziasmul pentru un stil de viață sănătos
• vei arată tot mai bine și te vei elibera nu doar de kilogramele în plus dar și de stress, de frustari sau alte sufernte mai vechi
• vei învața cm să mănânci cu adevărat sănătos astfel încât să ajungi la greutatea dorită
• vei învață cm să îți depsasti convingerile limitative pe care le ai despre slăbit prin metode științifice, bazate pe studiile și cercetarea unor specialiști de renume mondial
• vei învață de ce oamenii care învață să audă și să asculte mesajele corpului resusesc să slăbească.
• vei învață să îți îmbunătățești părerea despre ține astfel încât să nu te mai simți complexată și să anulezi comentariile răutăcioase ale celor din jur
• cm să devii propriul tău nuytitionist astfel încât să combini corect alimnetele și să fii disciplinată pe termen lung
• modul prin care nu te mai infometetzi astfel încât sa slabesti mâncând pe săturate și variat
• cm scazi 2-3 mărimi la haine și să te simți bine atunci când ieși în public
• ce înseamnă să te eliberezi de poftele tale alimentare și de ce aceast lucru te ajută să te menții pe termen lung.

Movement has always been my passion 🤍
But over the past year, Reformer Pilates has completely captured my heart.

Everything truly shifted when I became part of the BASI Pilates Academy family. That’s when things went to another level. I fell in love — instantly and deeply — with the Pilates method and its depth.

Through BASI, I’ve met exceptional people and inspiring teachers. And — the heart and soul of — is truly a force of nature. Being surrounded by such knowledge, passion and integrity has been incredibly empowering.

I’ve learned how much my body can improve through controlled, precise and intelligent movement. But more than that, I’ve learned that I am capable of more than I thought — and that movement can truly be healing.

I’m deeply grateful for the BASI system — so complex, so structured, and so powerful. I’m committed to integrating everything I learn here into my work, step by step, with respect and intention.

This is just the beginning 🤍

You say home, unconditional love, strength, patience, sacrifice, and peace.
You say the person who teaches you how to walk… and still stays by your side, even when you no longer hold her hand.

In the word mom, everything fits:
a whirlwind of emotions, worries, joys, tears, hopes…
and a heart that beats for you, even when you forget to take care of yourself.

Sometimes I feel tired.
Sometimes it feels like I’ve had enough.
Sometimes I don’t even see the light at the end of the tunnel.

But always… I feel grateful.

Grateful for the life I’ve been given.
Grateful for the people I meet along the way.
I’ve been lucky to cross paths with so many beautiful souls — people who have touched me deeply. And somehow, they keep appearing in my life, exactly when I need them.

For those who don’t know me yet — I’m Corina, health coach & Pilates trainer, co-founder of The Studio Estepona Pilates and Yoga.
Right now, all my focus, energy and heart are poured into this studio — my newest and most meaningful project.

It hasn’t been easy.
There is tiredness. There are challenges.
But what truly matters to me is making a difference, even in small ways, in the lives of the people I work with and meet every day.

So yes… sometimes I’m tired.
But I’m always grateful.

At the beginning of the year, I felt it was time to pause for a moment… and leave a few thoughts here.
The past years have been exactly what they were: full — of experiences, lessons, ups and downs. Years in which I learned a lot, gained, lost, fell, got back up, and most importantly, kept growing.

The biggest lesson?
No more toxic relationships. I no longer shrink who I am just to appear “diplomatic.” My authenticity is non-negotiable ✨

Soon it will be four years since I stopped living in Romania. And it’s good.
It could have been better, it could have been harder — so I choose to enjoy the present. Here. Now.

What do I want most?
Health and energy. Lots of energy.
That’s why everything I do has this purpose: taking care of myself, my body, my rhythm.

What am I grateful for?
For the incredible people who step into my life at every turn — exactly when they’re meant to.

2026 started fast, and I have a feeling it will fly just as quickly.
So… 2026, I have high expectations of you 💫

✨ Slow down… just a little.
In the rush of everyday life, we sometimes forget that the real magic happens when we pause, breathe deeply, and let ourselves enjoy the moment.
Today, I choose to slow down, to feel, to smile… and to have fun on the journey. 🌿💫

As a Pilates trainer, my purpose stays the same: to guide, to support, and to bring more awareness, more care, and more you time — both here under the Costa del Sol sunshine and back home in Romania. ☀️🇪🇸🇷🇴

And stay close… because surprises are coming.
A little bit like Santa, but with a touch of glam and a whole lot of good energy. 🎁✨

🍌✨ Banana Bread Time!
I’ve been making this simple, healthy banana bread on repeat, so today I’m sharing it with you! It’s fluffy, cozy, full of warm spices, and honestly… it makes the whole kitchen smell like a hug. 🤎

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• Optional: 2 extra egg whites (for a higher-protein version)
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup oats
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp ground ginger
• ½ tsp ground nutmeg
• ½ tsp ground cloves

Instructions:
Mix everything together until smooth.
Pour the batter into a baking pan.
Bake for 40–50 minutes at 180°C.

We like ours a little more baked. 😌✨

I bet all of us live more than one life in a lifetime.
And honestly… everything happening to me lately feels a little bit magical.

I love people, I love movement, and I truly believe every human on this planet deserves to feel the joy of a fully lived life.

When I turned 40, I felt the need for a pause. So I took one.
And in that pause, I discovered a new life—one inspired by movement, good food, and discipline.

At 43 years, I finally learned how to bring all these things together with one essential goal: the functional, happy body we all deserve.

A new year is just around the corner—
and so is a new chapter for me.

A chapter where I hope to inspire, guide, and support as many people as possible to discover the magic of their own bodies… and how amazing they can feel inside them.❤️

Hello, November!
I know, I know… it’s a bit late for this kind of post.
I wanted to write it right at the beginning of the month, but only today did I manage to steal a few minutes just for myself — or better said, to sit with my thoughts and put them down here.

It’s a surprising end of the year — intense, unexpected at times, but beautiful. I’m grateful that I get to live every moment fully. Lately, every second has turned into a small celebration of life, a quiet little “thank you” for everything that’s happening.

November arrived with many lessons. With growth. With payments — some bigger than I would’ve liked — but I’m sure the universe never sleeps, and everything balances out when the time is right.

It’s a month full of surprises. For me. For you.
And I feel that only now 2025 is beginning to reveal its magic.

And since I haven’t written here in a while, just know that I’m doing well.
As you already know, when I’m not very active here, it means I’m present… out there.
In real life. In my work. In everything I’m building with so much energy these days.
