We want to expand our team and we are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

-Responsible for assessing candidates through specific recruitment steps (language assessments, interviews etc.)
-Understanding the profiles for existing openings within current processes and the new ones
-Preparing the recruitment ads and the newsletters for the existing open roles and posting them on recruitment websites, professional networks
-Managing the recruitment database and updating the candidates’ profiles
-Providing feedback to Hiring managers about short-listed candidates
-Permanent research of the latest trends in the recruitment field and adapting them to the company
-Identifying and managing relationships with various sources of recruitment (Universities, job fairs, recruitment sites etc.)
-Reviewing the candidates' applications and offering feedback after each step of the process

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, economics or any human resources field
-Min. 3 years experience in HR (Recruitment / People Development)
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Customer orientation, networking, influencing and persuading skills
-Structured thinking and analytical skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-Good computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Proactive and able to work under pressure
-Ensure confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policy.
