We are always in interaction with the planetary energies.
They are not something outside of us — our body and inner structures feel them and respond to them naturally.
When we learn to flow consciously with these rhythms, transformation becomes much smoother, gentler, and deeper.

My recommendation is to make it a habit, whenever there are special planetary events or energies, to work with them.
Do not let the opportunities these energies bring pass you by.

Every type of energy that opens for the planet and humanity also opens, within our own structures, specific areas to be worked on. It does this naturally, without us having to make great efforts to access those structural layers.

Work through meditation. Ask: “What do I need to work on today?” and work with whatever is shown to you. Or simply observe what comes to you during those days. Any major imbalance in the physical body, or destabilizing experiences in daily life, reveal what we have to work on. In meditation you will understand this best.

Ideally, we would work in this way every day. However, there will be times when something happens that prevents us from doing it. Yet, if we set this intention and strive to create the habit, it will, in time, become a habit.

There is much to cleanse and heal within us, stored on many inner and outer layers. If we begin to collaborate and flow with universal energy day by day, month by month, season by season, year by year, we will cleanse, harmonize and illuminate more and more areas of our being, and this will be noticeable.
If, however, we do not make this effort, then we will accumulate more upon what is already there, and this too will show.

And not just any week — a powerful one.

We are approaching 11.11, a moment when one of the great Light Portals of the year opens.

Make time to meditate and connect with these beautiful, powerful energies.
Be gentle with yourself.
Do not push or overwork.

Your subtle structure and physical body will be processing a lot of energetic and spiritual information.
There will be integration happening within — and this can bring tiredness, sensitivity, or the need for silence.

So move with your inner rhythm.
Honor how you feel.
Do not force yourself to achieve too much in the external world.

This week is more about receiving, integrating, and allowing.

It’s the end of the week.
A good moment for releasing tension, for calming down, for recharging.

Turn your attention towards all of these.

Take a few conscious breaths to soothe your inner space.
Do a bit of gentle stretching to release the tensions from your body.
Then prepare a warm bath with salt and a few drops of essential oils.

While you are in the warm water, allow it to hold you, to hydrate you, to cleanse your aura from the energies accumulated in the last days.
Be attentive to your body.
If you still feel tension in certain areas, bring light and breath there.

Nourish yourself with love.
Prepare your room for sleep, so that it feels calming and relaxed.
And rest in a peaceful, restoring sleep that brings back well-being and inner balance.

Forgiveness is one of the easiest and most efficient ways of healing and self healing. Every person who is on the spiritual path has to work with the things they have yet to forgive, that keep one in a low vibration and that can even lead to sickness.

Many formulas are used in the practice of forgiveness, from simple ones from the heart, to more complex ones. The most widely known is the Ho’ponopono prayer, that has been proven to be very efficient (I’m sorry/Forgive me/Thank you/I love you).

Even so, I’ve noticed that sometimes people need to say “I forgive you” in order to release what they have been holding onto. So I was inspired to write the following formula for complete forgiveness:

“I’m sorry. From the bottom of my heart, please forgive me for whatever I could have wronged you with, willingly or unwillingly, knowingly or unknowingly, in any space, time, dimension or reality. Forgive me!

I also forgive you for whatever you have wronged me, willingly or unwillingly, knowingly or unknowingly, in any space, time, dimension or reality. I forgive you!

I ask for forgiveness from the Universe and the Divine for any disharmony we could have created through the unforgiveness we have harboured towards each other. God, please forgive us!”

If you feel doing so, you can add: “Please, God, help me completely release this unforgiveness, bring healing to the wound that was created and help me replace it with love, light and detachment”.

No matter what formula you resonate with, put it into practice, because a heart that’s at peace is the basis for emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health.
