Feeling anxious about your AMH results? There’s good news—AMH levels are not the magic answer to your fertility journey. Latest scientific evidence shows that a low or high AMH reading doesn’t predict if or when you’ll get pregnant naturally.

Think of AMH as an inventory check—it tells how many eggs are in reserve, but doesn’t say anything about whether you’ll actually conceive. Experts stress: it’s perfectly normal for AMH levels to vary, and many women with low AMH go on to conceive without problems.

So don’t let a single number create doubt or lead you to unnecessary treatments. Your age, health, and overall lifestyle are far more important for natural conception. Remember—it’s not a verdict on your future!

Fibroids can impair bladder, bowel and sexual function; cause infertility; and may lead to complications such as miscarriage, postpartum haemorrhage and severe anaemia.
