Flying Eye Hospital is over and we now switch to Ethiopia mode. Our PGY4 will travel to Ethiopia for the COECSA Fellowship clinical exams. We wish them the best. Vincent, Olivier and Rebecca- go shine. Our Faculty will be in Addis too either as examiners or attending the Congress as Speakers. We are also very proud of our PGY2 resident Gad who has been accepted for a podium presentation. We are all behind our RIIO iHospital Ophthalmologist Dr Mulaw who will also be sitting exams. We wish you all a fruitful and succesful trip to Addis Ababa.

Week 1 of the Flying Eye Hospital concludes successfully.

Rwanda’s Ministry of Health has invited the Orbis Flying Eye Hospital for its first mission in the country. Backed by Alcon and OMEGA, the project is training local eye care teams, linking health investment to long-term economic growth.
