Age: 14 years old
• Skeletal and dental Class II malocclusion
• Dental crowding in both upper and lower arches
• Deep bite
• Retroclination of the upper and lower incisors
• Scissor bite on the premolars bilaterally (right and left sides)

Treatment Plan:
• Orthodontic treatment using Damon Ultima self-ligating brackets
(Upper: High torque / Lower: Low torque Damon Ultima brackets)
• Alignment and leveling of both arches
• Posterior teeth extrusion and anterior teeth intrusion were performed to correct the deep bite
• Class II elastics were used to correct the sagittal relationship and achieve proper occlusion
• Distalization of the upper molars was performed to achieve Class I molar relationship
