"Dark Chocolate VS Milk Chocolate"
Dark chocolate is generally healthier and more nutrient-dense than milk chocolate, featuring higher cocoa content (50-90%), more antioxidants (flavonoids), and less sugar, resulting in a bitter, complex taste. Milk chocolate is sweeter and creamier, containing at least 12% milk solids, lower cocoa content (10-40%), and higher sugar.
