Week1: food safety, knife skills, plating, and appetizers.
Week2: roux, stock, 5 mother sauces
Week3: different kinds of soup
Week4: different kinds of salad and salad dressings
Week5: french cuisine
Week6: thai and chinese cuisine
Week7: Italian cuisine
Week8: Japanese cuisine
