*Important Announcement*
Dear All Examinees and Aspirants,
In connection with the cancellation of the 2026 SPLE in the Middle East, we would inform you on the following:
*Scope of Cancellation:*
- The cancellation applies for the entire year. The Commission recognizes the fear and uncertainty brought about by the civil unrest in the Middle East, which may have brought trauma to the examinees. The cancellation aims to provide examinees sufficient time to recuperate and adequately prepare—mentally, emotionally, and physically—for the licensure examinations.
*Status of Existing Applications:*
- All affected applicants who successfully applied and paid the corresponding fees through the LERIS may use the same in any of the next two consecutive (2) SPLEs, or may opt to transfer to the local licensure examination and utilize their application within the next two (2) scheduled local examinations.
— On the “PENDING” status of the applications: Applications are currently tagged as Pending because no team has yet been assigned to evaluate the applications received for testing centers in the Middle East. Nevertheless, applicants who have successfully applied and paid through the LERIS are already included in the list of the examinees based on their chosen licensure examination and testing center.
— On the “inability to print Notice of Admission (NOA)”: Only repeater examinees with no new or updated information can print their respective NOA. For all other examinees, their applications must be evaluated first before the NOA can be issued. NOA of ALL examinees, whether first timer or repeaters, will be issued by the PRC delegation team during the scheduled face-to-face evaluation in the country/place of examination.
— On the “inability to generate Application Forms”: All repeater examinees with no changes in their personal or examination-related information will not be issued an application form. Only the first timer examinees and repeaters with new information can generate a copy of their application form.
*Copy of the Issuance*
— A copy of the Resolution will be provided, once available. In the meantime, you may refer to the announcement on the Commission’s website through this link:
