📌A case presented to me with 2 manual files separated at Mid/Apical 1/3.
The 🦷 was exposed to Saliva for long time.
Steps followed:
1) Staging Platform using GG III
2) US Trephination
3) Terauchi Retreival Kit Loop to Grab the Instrument.
4) Instrumentation up to #50 K-File.
5) NaOCl/ Saline/ CHX Irrigation Protocol was followed.
6) Obturation using Elements System Backfill with X5 Matching cone.
7) SealApex Sealer used.
