At the age of 39 years old going 40 this April nagkaroon ako ng Enlarged prostate
Isa ito sa dahilan kung bakit mahigit isang taon ako nagbakasyon at hindi sumampa ng barko
Bukod sa pag aaral (upgrade ng skills) habang nagbabakasyon 8 months ako nagtake ng bitong Barley upto now — habang nagmedication ako so every morning pagkagising umiinom ako nito isang kutsarita sa isang mug 30 mins bago kumain madalas kapag umiinom ako nito late nako nakakapag almusal kasi feeling ko busog ako kapag umiinom ako ng barley— dahil nga lumaki yung prostate ko — diko nga akalain dati kasi hindi ako naniniwala dito sabi ko wala naman akong asawa tapos one night isang gabi habang naka live ako dito panay punta ko sa cr
Tapos parang binabalisawsaw ako akala ko balisawsaw lang ang saket kapag nagbabawas ako jingle ba tapos mga 10 times pabalik balik ako sa cr oonti naman yung nalabasss
