ہم میں سے بہت سے لوگ لمبے عرصے تک ذہنی دباؤ، پریشانی اور ٹینشن میں رہتے ہیں۔ لیکن کیا آپ جانتے ہیں کہ زیادہ stress ہماری صحت پر گہرا اثر ڈالتا ہے؟
🔹 Stress اور شوگر (Diabetes)
جب ہم مسلسل ٹینشن میں رہتے ہیں تو جسم میں cortisol نامی ہارمون بڑھ جاتا ہے جو:
خون میں شوگر لیول بڑھاتا ہے
انسولین کو صحیح کام نہیں کرنے دیتا
