The Summer Training Program was conducted at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital from July 26,2015 to August 20,2015. A total number of forty two (42) trainees were trained and distributed in all HMG projects and were assigned in various departments. Thankfully, the program was a success

"HR EXCELLENCE AWARD IN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT"
We take great pride to share with all HMG staff that Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group received the HR Excellence Award’2014 at 2nd Place in “Employee Engagement” category. It was a tough competition and many big organizations participated from Middle East and North Africa Region.

The award was presented at the Annual MENA HR Excellence Awards Ceremony that held in Dubai on May 15, 2014. VP HR – Mr. Ibrahim Al Amer received the award on behalf of the company from His Excellency Dr. Omer A. Al Nuaimi – Assistant Undersecretary of Policies and Strategy at Ministry of Labor in the United Arab Emirates.

The award was result of our efforts in engaging employees through various training and people development initiatives.

يسرّنا أن نتقاسم هذا الخبر السعيد مع جميع موظفي مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبيّة، حيث أننا قد حصلنا على المركز الثاني لجائزة التميز في جذب الكوادر البشرية و الإستقرار الوظيفي. و لقد كانت المنافسة صعبة حيث أنه تم مشاركة العديد من المنظمات الكبيرة من الشرق الأوسط و شمال أفريقيا. لقد تم تسليم الجائزة في الحفل السنوي MENA HR الذي عُـقـد فـي دبي بتاريخ 15 مايو 2014 للأستاذ الموقّر إبراهيم العامر – نائب رئيس إدارة الموارد البشرية من قِبل سعادة الدكتور عمر عبدالرحمن النعيمي – مساعد وكيل السياسات و الاستراتيجيات لوزارة العمل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

علماً بأنه تم الحصول على هذه الجائزة نتيجة لجهودنا في جذب و استقرار الموظفين من خلال التدريب و التطوير.
